Cleanbill ("we", "our", "us") is an online invoice generation tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service at cleanbill.llc.
Invoice drafts and settings are stored in your browser's localStorage — they never leave your device unless you use the webhook feature. Account registration data (name, email) is stored on secured servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3).
If you configure a webhook URL (e.g., Make.com), invoice data will be sent to that endpoint when you click "Send". We are not responsible for how third-party services handle this data. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party service you connect.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email) strictly to operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@cleanbill.llc. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Browser-stored data (localStorage) is entirely under your control and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Cleanbill is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
