By accessing or using Cleanbill ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cleanbill is a web-based invoice creation tool that allows users to generate, customise, and download PDF invoices. The Service is provided "as is" and is available free of charge up to the usage limits described below.

3. Free Tier & Registration

• Unregistered users may download up to 4 invoices per session free of charge.
• To download more than 4 invoices, you must create a free account by providing your name and email address.
• Registered free accounts are entitled to unlimited downloads.
• You must provide accurate information when registering. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Cleanbill to:

• Create fraudulent, fictitious, or deceptive invoices
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service in a way that places undue burden on our infrastructure
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable

5. Intellectual Property

All invoice content you create using Cleanbill remains your property. The Cleanbill software, design, templates, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.

6. Invoice Data & Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information included in invoices you generate. Cleanbill does not verify the accuracy of invoice content and is not liable for any errors, omissions, or disputes arising from invoices you create.

7. Webhook & Third-Party Services

If you use the webhook feature to send data to third-party services (such as Make.com or Zapier), you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of third-party platforms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that PDFs will render identically in all environments. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleanbill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
